New Zealand women’s national football team have officially qualified for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Papua New Guinea women’s national football team in the Oceania Confederation Qualifying final on April 15th 2026, as confirmed by FIFA via their Official X handle.
