Serie A champions Napoli are preparing to pursue Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman as manager Antonio Conte searches for a long-term replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Softfootball reports that Napoli have identified the Nigeria international as a priority attacking target following Kvaratskhelia’s move to Paris Saint-Germain in January.
Italian reports indicate that Napoli are considering an offer worth around €50 million for Lookman, although Atalanta are understood to value the player closer to €60 million.

The 27-year-old enjoyed another productive season with Atalanta, scoring 22 goals and providing five assists in 46 appearances across all competitions. His performances have kept him on the radar of several major European clubs.
Lookman’s future has also attracted attention because of his previous difficult relationship with former Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini. The arrival of Ivan Juric has added a new dimension to the situation, with the Nigerian potentially remaining part of the club’s plans.
A move for Lookman would give Conte another versatile attacking option capable of operating across the forward line.
