Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has insisted he has no intention of pushing for a move away from Anfield during the January transfer window despite attracting interest from several clubs.
Softfootball reports that the Republic of Ireland international remains committed to Liverpool for the rest of the season, even though he came close to leaving the club during the summer transfer window.

Kelleher was between the sticks as the Reds secured an important Premier League victory over Chelsea at Anfield on Sunday.
The 25-year-old admitted he held discussions with new manager Arne Slot about his future but acknowledged that Alisson Becker remains Liverpool’s undisputed first-choice goalkeeper.
Although he was eager to secure regular first-team football, Kelleher revealed that several factors, including negotiations between clubs and Liverpool’s valuation, prevented a move from happening.
Despite missing out on a transfer, the Irish shot-stopper believes remaining at Liverpool is still a positive situation, especially with opportunities to feature in multiple competitions throughout the season.
Kelleher also explained that his ambition has always been to establish himself as a number one goalkeeper, whether at Liverpool or elsewhere, stressing that every professional footballer wants regular playing time.
He added that he has remained fully committed and professional, ensuring he is always ready whenever called upon, while refusing to be distracted by speculation surrounding his long-term future.
The goalkeeper concluded by saying there have been no fresh discussions regarding a transfer, insisting any decisions about his future will be left until next summer while his full focus remains on helping Liverpool compete for silverware this season.
