Robert Lewandowski has officially been included among FC Barcelona’s Legendary Players, despite spending just four seasons at the Catalan club.
The Polish striker’s impact during his time at Barça is reflected in his goalscoring record. With 120 goals in 193 appearances, Lewandowski ranks among Barcelona’s leading all-time scorers, finishing his spell as the club’s 14th-highest goalscorer.
Softfootball understands, Lewandowski arrived at Camp Nou on 19 July 2022, completing his move from Bayern Munich. He quickly established himself as Barcelona’s main attacking threat and played a decisive role in the club’s success over the following four seasons.
His first campaign in Spain ended with a LaLiga title, while Lewandowski claimed the Pichichi award after scoring 23 league goals. He followed that with another productive season, finding the net 26 times in all competitions.
The 2024/25 campaign proved to be his most prolific in a Barcelona shirt. Working once again under Hansi Flick, his former coach at Bayern Munich, Lewandowski scored an impressive 42 goals across all competitions as Barça secured both LaLiga and the Copa del Rey.
That season also produced two memorable milestones. He registered his 100th Champions League goal against Brest at Montjuïc and later reached 100 goals for Barcelona during the match against Athletic Club at San Mamés.
Lewandowski’s final season, 2025/26, saw him take on more of a supporting role within the squad. Even so, the veteran forward continued to contribute regularly, scoring 19 goals and demonstrating that his finishing ability remained intact.
Before Barcelona, Lewandowski had already built an exceptional reputation in European football. He began his senior career with Polish clubs Znicz Pruszków and Lech Poznań, before joining Borussia Dortmund in 2010. Four years later, he moved to Bayern Munich, where he became one of the most prolific strikers in the club’s history and broke numerous goalscoring records while collecting major trophies.
Known for his lethal finishing and exceptional movement inside the penalty area, Lewandowski has also developed into a striker capable of linking play, creating chances and bringing teammates into the attack.
During his four years in Barcelona, he added his name to a prestigious group of club legends that includes Leo Messi, Ronaldinho, Gerard Piqué, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and Sergi Roberto, among many others.
