Paulo Dybala has not given any indication to clubs regarding a potential free transfer this summer, remaining fully focused on finishing the season strongly with AS Roma.

According to a recent update shared by transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano via his official X account, the Argentine forward has made no commitments about his future despite growing transfer speculation. All options are expected to be evaluated after the 2025/26 campaign concludes.

Romano shared:

Paulo Dybala has not given indications to proceed with any club ahead of potential free transfer move yet. Full focus on finishing the season with AS Roma at best level possible and then time to assess his future and all options.

Softfootball earlier reports indicated that Dybala had been linked with a possible move to Boca Juniors, with the club previously confirming interest back in December 2025 as they monitored his contract situation. However, no agreement or decision has been made at this stage.

Dybala’s current deal with Roma is set to expire in June 2026, which would make him a free agent at the age of 32. Since joining the Italian side, he has been a key attacking figure, contributing creativity, goals, and leadership in the final third.

His situation continues to attract attention across Europe and South America, with clubs aware of the opportunity to sign a high-quality forward without a transfer fee.

Meanwhile, Bayer 04 Leverkusen have secured the long-term future of Edmond Tapsoba after the defender agreed to a new contract.

The Burkina Faso international’s deal makes him one of the highest-paid defenders in the Bundesliga.

Leverkusen’s decision follows strong interest from the Premier League, including a reported €40 million bid from an English club, which was ultimately rejected.

The move highlights the club’s intent to maintain defensive stability and retain key players amid growing external interest.
