Liverpool manager Arne Slot has warned his players that facing Aston Villa at Villa Park will be a significant challenge.
The Reds currently lead the Premier League by seven points but face a Villa side that has lost only once at home this season. Softfootball reports that Slot respects their impressive domestic record.
Slot acknowledged that Villa’s home form, particularly in evening games, makes them a difficult opponent for any team.

He emphasized that while Liverpool has a decent away record, this specific fixture requires maximum focus and preparation to avoid dropping crucial points in the title race.
He stated:
I see it as 13 games to be played and the next game to be the most important one, starting with Villa away – which is, like Wolves at home, again a difficult game for us but for everyone. They have a great home record, maybe even more if they play in the evening.
