Jack Grealish had a special home debut for Everton as he inspired a 2-0 victory over Brighton in the Premier League match-day 2, Softfootball reports.
The former Manchester City winger was the centerpiece of a well oiled attack for the Toffees. Grealish provided a sweet cross for lliman Ndiaye to put away for the first goal and just before half-time, he assisted former Manchester United midfielder, James Garner to fire home from the edge of the box.

Grealish was surplus to requirement at Manchester City as Pep Guardiola asked him to look for another club this summer as he was trying to trim his squad for the season.
The England international ignored big money move to the Saudi Arabian League and picked the Toffees in a move that surprised a lot of fans, especially supporters of the club
After a master class in the first half against Brighton, Grealish was substituted to a deafening ovation after impressing in a royal blue shirt.
Speaking to Everton’s official club media, Grealish said:
“It was massive, our first game at the new stadium and we wanted to put on a show for the supporters. I think we certainly did that.
“I always say playing against Brighton is one of the toughest games with the way they play, so we’re very happy to get the win.
“It was great. I absolutely loved my time at Man City – I had a great four years there and won a lot of things, but this summer I felt like it was time for a change and, as I’ve said before, as soon as I spoke to the manager, David Moyes, on FaceTime, I knew this was the place I wanted to come.
“There were a lot of reasons why I wanted to come here – and today shows why.”
Everton shared a video via their official X handle of Grealish thanking the fans after the match against Brighton.
