Defending champions Flying Eagles of Nigeria will begin their WAFU B U-20 Championship campaign against Burkina Faso in their opening Group B fixturem softfootball reported.

The Flying Eagles’ clash with Burkina Faso will take place at the Municipal Stadium in Lome on Friday, October 18.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 3pm local time.
Aliyu Zubairu’s side will then face Cote d’Ivoire in their final group game at the same venue three days later.
The competition will officially begin on Thursday, October 17, with hosts Togo taking on Niger Republic at the Kegue Stadium.
Ghana and Benin Republic are also in Group A, making the tournament highly competitive as teams battle for places in the next round.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
Nigeria will be aiming to defend their title and start strongly against Burkina Faso, knowing that a positive result in the opening game could boost their chances of progressing from the group.
