Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has urged teenage forward Endrick to remain patient, assuring the Brazilian that his opportunity to become a regular starter will come with time.

Softfootball understands that the 18-year-old has found playing opportunities limited since arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu, with fierce competition from established stars in Madrid’s attacking line limiting his minutes.

Despite the lack of regular game time, Ancelotti insisted he remains pleased with Endrick’s attitude and commitment in training.

Speaking about the youngster’s development, the Italian tactician encouraged him to stay focused and continue working hard. He said:

He has to be patient. His time will come because he has great quality. He is working well, learning every day and his future here is very bright.

Ancelotti explained that adapting to life at one of the world’s biggest clubs requires patience, particularly for young players competing alongside experienced internationals.

The Real Madrid boss believes Endrick has all the attributes needed to become a key player in the future and urged supporters to allow the youngster to develop without unnecessary pressure.
