Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed via his official X handle, the growing optimism within FC Barcelona over securing a permanent deal for Marcus Rashford this summer.

Softfootball understands that while personal terms between the player and the Catalan club are said to be nearly agreed, Manchester United are reportedly demanding a full upfront payment to finalize the transfer.

Barcelona mantain optimism to get Marcus Rashford permanent deal done in the summer. Agreement almost done on player side while Man United insist on €30m fee to be paid in full.

Barcelona’s Sporting Director Deco earlier hinted that the club are seriously considering a permanent move following the winger’s impressive displays.
