Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has declared that Ruben Dias is an incredible leader for the club, Softfootball reports.
The Portuguese led Manchester City to a comprehensive 3-0 win over Crystal Palace in the Match-Day 16 of the Premier league played on Sunday evening at Selhurst Park.

Although, Erling Haaland got a brace and Phil Foden scored the other goal, it was Dias that got the praise from the manager in an interview shared by football expert Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle. He said:
Ruben Dias is an incredible leader. Consistent, no injuries, how he leads his mates, vocal – he’s an incredible signing for us from many years and many years to come! He’s a real captain, a real leader.
Manchester City beat Real Madrid 2-1 during the UEFA Champions League in midweek to enhance their reputation as one of the biggest teams in Europe and in form club.

They have also taken the form into the domestic league and Dias leads them solidly from the back. He looked like he has regained his old form that made him one of the best defenders in Europe in his first two seasons at the Etihad.
Manchester City are now two points within league leaders Arsenal with 34 points after 16 matches this season so far.
