Popular Nigerian football content creator D Real Kombo has expressed gratitude to his followers and well-wishers who reached out during his recent health issue.
On Friday, March 27, 2026, Kombo revealed he had been battling a toothache and had visited a dentist, which prevented him from creating content that day. As promised, he returned on Saturday, March 28, 2026, to update fans on his condition and thank them for their support.
He explained that he initially considered removing the tooth, but the dentist advised against it after identifying the cause of the pain as a gum overlapping the tooth, which created discomfort due to pressure. The dentist treated the gum instead, resolving the issue without extraction, although Kombo noted he still feels slight pain.
Softfootball gathered that the dental clinic responsible for his treatment was Zoom36 Dental Care in Port Harcourt, which he praised for their professionalism and efficiency.

This was his statement:
I want to say a very very big thank you to um every single person. I saw all your messages, all your well wishes. You know the my tooth issue. Um I’m still feeling it. Yes. But thanks to the dental clinic, I went to Zoom 36. Very very professional.
They very very good at what they do and it was just it was a very very fast process. I didn’t actually have to remove my teeth. They advised me that I shouldn’t remove the teeth. That um there was a gum that was overlaying the teeth and that gum was
the reason why I was feeling that pain there because the tooth up was pressing against that gum and it was causing very very serious discomfort for me. So what they did was they snipped off the the the gum and you know everything was just seamless.
Yesterday when I came back they said I should just rest. But today I’m feeling much better. You can see I’ve been making videos since morning. So, thank you to Zoom 36 and thank you to everybody, you know, that showed me love and care and your attention.
I didn’t take it for granted. It meant a lot to me. God bless every single one of you and I pray your teeth don’t ever shake.”
Fans and followers also celebrated his return, with some humorously reacting by praying that no one’s teeth should “shake like Chelsea’s defence.”
