Nathan Tella expressed his frustration after Bayer Leverkusen failed to beat title rivals Bayern Munich in a 0-0 Bundesliga draw.
The Nigerian winger believed his team dominated the match at the Bay Arena, hitting the woodwork twice but failing to convert their chances into goals.
Softfootball reports that the result prevented Leverkusen from closing the gap at the top of the table.

He explained his feelings by stating:
It’s frustrating not to get the three points. But as a team, we can be proud of how we played. I think we were the best team. If we had scored a goal, we would have underlined our dominance. Unfortunately, some games are like that, you don’t manage to score.
Despite the missed opportunity to challenge Bayern’s lead, Tella emphasized that the squad should take pride in their performance against one of the league’s strongest sides.
The team remains focused on maintaining their high standards and converting dominance into victories in upcoming fixtures.
