Super Falcons head coach Justine Madugu has named a 20-player squad for Saturday’s friendly against France, with goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, defenders Osinachi Ohale and Ashleigh Plumptre, and midfielders Christy Ucheibe and Jennifer Echegini among those called up for the assignment.
Softfootball learned that the match takes place at Stade Raymond Kopa in Angers, with kickoff set for 9:30pm local time.

Other notable names on the list include US-based defender Michelle Alozie and Turkey-based Oluwatosin Demehin, alongside forwards Gift Monday and Rinsola Babajide. Captain Rasheedat Ajibade misses out through injury.
For France, the game slots into preparations for next year’s Nations League campaign and the 2025 UEFA Women’s Euros on home soil. Nigeria see it differently, using the fixture to test a developing squad ahead of the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Falcons have already been drawn alongside Tunisia, Algeria and Botswana in Group B, making a stern test against a side of France’s caliber a valuable measuring stick before that tournament begins.
