Barcelona have received a major boost as Raphinha has officially returned to training after weeks on the sidelines with an adductor injury. The club confirmed the winger’s return on Saturday, February 14, 2026 via a post shared by barcelona vis their official x handle, sharing on their official channels:

“See you back on the pitch soon, Rapha ”

The Brazilian attacker picked up the injury during Barcelona’s clash with Elche in late January and has since missed key fixtures, including the Copa del Rey semi-final defeat to Atlético Madrid.

Raphinha resumed group training on Friday and Saturday but initially worked with the substitutes rather than the full starting XI. The club’s medical team are carefully managing his workload to avoid any setback.

He is targeting a return to match action in the Catalan derby against Girona on Monday, February 16, though a place on the bench is more likely as Barcelona prepare him for upcoming Champions League fixtures.

Despite ongoing speculation about a potential move to Saudi Arabia, Raphinha has made it clear he remains committed to Barcelona.

He recently dismissed reports of an exit agreement as “fake news” and reaffirmed his desire to stay at the club. The winger is also in talks over a new contract extension that could keep him at Camp Nou until 2028 or 2029, following a sensational 2024/25 campaign where he recorded 34 goals and 25 assists across competitions.

He has credited Hansi Flick’s belief in him as a key reason he chose to remain at Barça when doubts surfaced in 2024.

Before his injury, Raphinha was in red-hot form this season. He was named Man of the Match in the Spanish Super Cup final after scoring twice against Real Madrid and also starred in the 2–0 win over Villarreal in December.

According to Softfootball, his return comes at the perfect time for Barcelona, who have struggled without him and recently suffered a heavy 4–0 defeat to Atlético Madrid.
