Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has urged his players to ignore any psychological tactics from Liverpool boss Arne Slot ahead of Tuesday’s Premier League meeting at the City Ground.
Forest have enjoyed an impressive campaign and head into the match determined to continue their strong home form against the league leaders.
Slot recently praised Forest’s performances this season, but Nuno insists his players remain focused only on their own objectives.
He believes staying disciplined and concentrating on their game plan will be crucial against one of Europe’s strongest teams.

Speaking before the encounter, Nuno said:
We have to play the games. We are here to compete against all of the teams and I think we are doing well, but nothing changes in our approach, which stays the same.
He added:
We know what we can do and how we want to do things.
Nuno also dismissed suggestions that Slot’s comments would affect his squad, saying:
We try as much as possible to ignore what’s around.
Softfootball reports Forest are fully focused on securing another positive result against Liverpool.
