Mohamed Salah has officially announced he will leave Liverpool on a free transfer, despite having a contract valid until June 2027, Softfootball reports.

Fabrizio Romano shared multiple threads on X reporting Salah’s decision, in his first post, Romano wrote:

Minutes later, Romano added a thread quoting Salah’s agent:

🚨 Mohamed Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas: “We do not know where Mohamed will play next season. This also means that no one else knows”. ⚠️👀

Salah reflected on his decision to leave, highlighting the impact Liverpool has had on his life since joining from AS Roma on July 1, 2017.
