Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White has called for greater recognition for teammate Anthony Elanga following another impressive display by the winger.
Elanga was instrumental in Forest’s emphatic 7-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, providing three assists as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side continued their impressive Premier League campaign.
Speaking about the winger’s contribution, Softfootball reports that Gibbs-White highlighted Elanga’s exceptional pace and ability to make dangerous runs behind opposition defences.
In an interview with the club’s official website, White said:
He’s absolutely amazing. He is really fast, so you just know that you can find him in depth every time.
The England international has enjoyed a productive season and has consistently played an important role in Forest’s push for a strong finish in the Premier League.

Gibbs-White believes Elanga’s performances deserve more attention, particularly because of the hard work he puts in both during matches and away from the pitch. He said:
He really worked hard this season, where he has been absolutely amazing.
I think he deserves more recognition. He works so hard – both on and off the field.
