Galatasaray has reached an agreement with AS Monaco for the transfer of Ivorian defender Wilfried Singo in a deal worth €30 million plus €5 million in potential add-ons, alongside a 10 per cent sell-on clause.
Softfootball understands that talks are now ongoing with the 24-year-old to finalise personal terms, with the move set to be completed once medical examinations are concluded.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed the information of the deal via his official X account.
He tweeted:
“Galatasaray and AS Monaco have agreed deal for Wilfred Singo.
€30m fixed fee, €5m add-ons and 10% sell-on clause done between clubs.
Negotiations underway on player side.”
The transfer represents a major profit for Monaco, which signed Singo from Torino in 2023 for €9 million. Despite initial reports suggesting the player was reluctant to make the switch, sources now confirm that Singo has accepted Galatasaray’s offer and is expected to sign a contract running until 2030.

Softfootball reported that the Turkish club is in conversation to land City’s Manuel Akanji, but they are yet to agree on a deal with the player despite agreeing on a club-to-club deal with City.
Singo, who has made 60 appearances for Monaco and is capable of playing both as a central defender and right-back, becomes a key reinforcement for Okan Buruk’s side as they prepare for the 2025/26 campaign.
His departure comes after Monaco strengthened their defence with the arrival of England international Eric Dier, opening the door for the Ivorian to take on a new challenge in Turkey.
