Brentford have officially completed the permanent signing of goalkeeper Caoimhín Kelleher from Liverpool.
According to information available to Softfootball, the Bees confirmed the transfer as they strengthen their goalkeeping department ahead of the new season.
Kelleher leaves Liverpool after several seasons in which he gained valuable experience while serving as competition for first-choice goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
The Republic of Ireland international made several appearances for Liverpool and was particularly trusted in domestic cup competitions.
His performances earned him recognition for his composure, distribution and shot-stopping ability.
Brentford believe the goalkeeper can provide greater competition and experience within their squad as they prepare for another Premier League campaign.
