Atlético Madrid are in the final stages of completing the signing of Kang-in Lee from Paris Saint-Germain, with only the final details of the agreement now left to be resolved, Softfootball confirms.
The move comes as several top European clubs continue to reshape their squads this summer, with Arsenal also monitoring PSG winger Bradley Barcola during the World Cup as Mikel Arteta searches for a new left-sided attacker ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Negotiations between the two clubs are progressing well, and Atlético are pushing to finalise the deal as soon as possible before the expected.
The main obstacle has been the transfer fee, with PSG valuing the South Korean international at around €35 million. Atlético are working to reduce the overall cost by structuring the deal through instalments and performance-related add-ons.

If completed for a fee in the region of €35 million, the transfer would rank among the biggest in the history of South Korean football.
Barring any late complications, Kang-in Lee now appears set to swap Paris for Madrid in one of the standout deals of the summer window.
