Manchester United are on the verge of confirming the signing of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos after the 22-year-old successfully completed his medical ahead of his move from Chelsea.
All transfer documents have now been signed between the two clubs in a deal worth £50 million, with Santos scheduled to officially sign his contract on Friday. The agreement will keep him at Old Trafford until June 2031 and includes an option to extend for a further year.

Santos joined Chelsea from Vasco da Gama in 2023 and developed through loan spells, most notably at Strasbourg, before showcasing his quality in senior football. His ability to operate as both a defensive midfielder and a box-to-box No. 8, combined with his progressive passing and composure under pressure, made him a priority target for United.
