FC Barcelona have expressed immense happiness and pride in young star Lamine Yamal following his latest historic achievement, Softfootball reports.

The club took to their official X handle to praise the teenager for his consistency and remarkable ability to keep breaking records at such an early stage of his career.

The club went further to label Yamal a unique player, urging him to continue striving for excellence and to “keep making Barcelona smile” with his performances. The milestone adds to an already glittering young résumé, coming shortly after Yamal was named Best Forward at the 2025 Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai.

Highlighting Yamal’s journey on their official website, Barcelona described his early rise to the top of the game as extraordinary. His most recent goal at the Spotify Camp Nou saw him become the highest scorer across Europe’s five major leagues before the age of 19.

With 24 goals to Yamal’s name, he has now overtaken Kylian Mbappé, who had scored 23 goals for AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain before turning 19 in December 2017.

Last year, Barcelona also crowned him the “King of Dribbling” after he completed an astonishing 161 successful dribbles in La Liga. With his flair, vision, and growing influence, Lamine Yamal is rapidly establishing himself as one of the most exciting young talents in world football.
