Softfootball understands that Liverpool has confirmed that promising right-back Conor Bradley will miss the rest of the season after suffering a serious knee injury during the Reds’ 0–0 draw against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The 22-year-old avoided an ACL rupture but sustained both ligament and bone damage in his left knee, requiring surgery.
The club confirmed that Bradley has successfully undergone the operation and is now beginning a structured rehabilitation programme at the AXA Training Centre. While no definite return date has been announced, he won’t feature again in this campaign. Posting on Instagram, Bradley shared a heartfelt message.

He said:
A big blow but surgery is done so the comeback starts now It won’t be for a little while but I already can’t wait to get back playing for @liverpoolfc and @northernireland. Thanks for all the support .
His words quickly sparked an outpouring of support from teammates and fans. Liverpool’s squad and coaching staff have rallied around the Northern Ireland international. Andy Robertson, Ibrahima Konaté, Curtis Jones, and even loaned-out Kostas Tsimikas sent messages of encouragement.
The club reinforced this unity in a post via their official X account.

They posted:
we’re all right behind you, Conor.
Manager Arne Slot described Bradley’s injury as a big blow, especially coming at a time when the young defender was expected to step up following Trent Alexander-Arnold’s departure. Bradley has featured in 21 matches across all competitions this season and has already made 30 appearances for Northern Ireland, scoring four goals.
From Castlederg to Anfield, Bradley’s journey has been one of determination and rapid development. His absence will be felt both at club and international level, but the football world remains confident in his resilience. As he says, the comeback has already begun, and all of Liverpool is standing beside him every step of the way.
