Bologna have reached full agreement for the transfer of Jonathan Rowe from Ligue 1 Olympique de Marseille, with an agreed deal worth £19m, including a 10% sell-on clause.
Softfootball gathered that Bologna’s deal for the 22 year old comes after an incident involving Adrien Rabiot in the dressing room, which led to both players placed in the transfer list.

Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on his verified X handle as he said:
“Bologna have agreed deal with Olympique Marseille for Jonathan Rowe.
“€19m plus 10% sell-on clause, as @Santi_J_FM reported.
“New winger coming soon for Vincenzo Italiano.”
Jonathan Rowe and Adrien Rabiot clashed violently after the club defeated Rennes 1-0, a situation that forced security personnel to intervene.
A statement was released on the Club’s Official Website about the situation. It reads:
“Official statement from Olympique de Marseille.
“Olympique de Marseille announces that Adrien Rabiot and Jonathan Rowe have been placed on the transfer list by the club.
“This decision was taken due to unacceptable behaviour in the dressing room after the match against Stade Rennais FC, in agreement with the technical staff and in accordance with the club’s internal code of conduct.
“The decision was communicated to the two players by the club on Monday.”
To process the situation, both players were given 48 hours. But after failing to apologize, they were placed on the transfer list by the club.
Rowe, a formal Norwich City winger and also a U21 England international is set for a fresh beginning in Italy.
