The Nigeria Super Falcons have held their first training session after their 1–0 win over Zambia, as preparations continue ahead of their final Group C match against Egypt.
Softfootball can confirm the mood in camp was positive, with the players united and fully focused on achieving the best possible result.

This comes after the Falcons were earlier seen in the gym for their recovery session following the hard‑fought victory over Zambia.

In addition, Super Falcons head coach Justin Madugu closely monitored the team’s training session this afternoon under the scorching sun, as preparations intensified for Wednesday’s crucial Group C clash at the 2026 WAFCON.
The players began the session with light jogging around the training pitch before moving into stretching exercises to loosen up their muscles and improve flexibility.
The team then progressed to passing drills, with the squad split into two groups. Each player took turns carrying out the drills interchangeably, focusing on movement, accuracy, communication, and quick ball circulation.
