Manchester City are considering a move for Chelsea winger Pedro Neto as interest in the Portugal international continues to grow ahead of the new season.

Softfootball understands Manchester City, Liverpool and clubs in Saudi Arabia have all been linked with Neto, with Chelsea fully aware that the winger has become one of the most sought-after wide players on the market.

Meanwhile, Al Hilal remain keen on signing Neto and have also opened early discussions over a potential move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye as part of their ambitious summer recruitment plans.

The Saudi Pro League side recently completed the signing of Crysencio Summerville and continue to target high-profile attacking reinforcements, with Ndiaye emerging as another priority alongside their interest in Neto.

Chelsea sources believe the interest is only natural given the shortage of elite wingers currently available, although the Blues continue to value Neto at around €80 million.

Chelsea’s position remains clear: while interest is mounting from several clubs, Neto is highly valued, and any potential departure would require a significant offer.
