A former captain of the Nigeria women’s national football team, Ebi is widely regarded as a symbol of leadership, resilience, and consistency throughout her long international career.

She made history as the only African player to feature in six FIFA Women’s World Cup tournaments and also represented Nigeria in seven Women’s Africa Cup of Nations editions.

During her career, she won four WAFCON titles and earned over 109 caps for Nigeria, making her one of the most capped players in the history of the national team.
