The Super Eagles of Nigeria have officially released their starting lineup for their final Group C match against Uganda at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Head coach Eric Chelle made notable changes to the squad, with team captain Wilfred Ndidi dropped to the bench and deputy captain Victor Osimhen handed the armband.
Softfootball, gathered Osimhen will lead the line as Nigeria look to seal their group stage campaign on a strong note. Moses Simon is named in the starting XI, marking his 91st appearance for the Super Eagles, while Ryan Alebiosu is set to make his senior national team debut.

Nigeria head into the encounter already in a strong position, with a win or draw expected to secure their dominance in Group C as AFCON 2025 progresses.
