In a recent update shared by Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, it is confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo has fully recovered from his recent hamstring injury and is now available for selection at Al Nassr.

The Portuguese forward had been sidelined since late February after sustaining the injury during a clash against Al-Fayha FC, which saw Al Nassr secure a 3–1 victory over Al-Fayha in their matchday 24 encounter, although Ronaldo notably missed a penalty in that game before being ruled out afterward.

Following the setback, Ronaldo underwent daily medical evaluations and a structured rehabilitation program, with no initial timeline provided for his return.

Romano reported:

Cristiano Ronaldo, back available for Al Nassr and set to be called up after injury.

Softfootball understands that his absence saw him miss several Saudi Pro League fixtures, as well as Portugal’s March international friendlies.

Now fully fit, the 41-year-old has returned to training ahead of the upcoming clash against Al Najma FC on April 3.

His return provides a major boost for Al Nassr as they continue their push for the league title in what remains a tightly contested season. Beyond club ambitions, Ronaldo’s fitness is also crucial as he continues his pursuit of the historic 1,000 career goal milestone, an achievement that would further cement his legendary status in football.

With the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, maintaining peak condition will be essential, and his timely recovery ensures he remains on track both individually and collectively.
