Paris Saint-Germain have opened talks with Ajax over the signing of Belgian winger Mika Godts as they continue planning for the future of their attacking line.
The 21-year-old is being considered as an additional attacking reinforcement alongside Maghnes Akliouche, whose move to PSG is understood to be close to completion.
Ajax had hoped to retain Godts, but the Dutch club are now aware of PSG’s interest, with initial discussions already underway for one of Belgium’s brightest young talents.
The move comes amid growing uncertainty surrounding Bradley Barcola’s future.
Softfootball understands Liverpool remain in pole position to sign the Paris Saint-Germain winger after leading the race since April.

Barcola is understood to be open to the move and has identified Liverpool as his preferred destination if the Premier League champions can reach an agreement with PSG.
Liverpool are currently awaiting PSG’s final position on the transfer fee and deal structure, while the French champions continue to value the 23-year-old at €170 million, citing the recent transfers of Morgan Rogers and Elliot Anderson as key benchmarks.
PSG’s pursuit of Mika Godts could prove significant as the club prepares for the possibility of reshaping its attacking options before the transfer window closes.
