Manchester City Announce Silentnight as Official Sleep Partner

Manchester City F.C. and Silentnight have announced a new partnership that will see the B Corp organisation become the club’s official sleep partner.

In a statement shared via the club’s official X handle, City confirmed that Silentnight will supply The Medlock a Radisson Blu hotel currently under development within the club’s entertainment destination with selected products including mattresses and toppers.

City stated:

We’re proud to announce that Silentnight is now the Official Sleep Partner of Manchester City Together, we’ll be helping Cityzens and the UK enjoy a better night’s sleep, with lots of exciting activity to come. Stay tuned

The hotel is set to open later this year and forms a central part of City’s broader infrastructure expansion plans.

Beyond product supply, Manchester City, The Medlock and Silentnight will collaborate on marketing and product initiatives aimed at promoting better sleep for fans and guests.

The announcement follows Manchester City’s crucial 2–1 victory over Newcastle United F.C. in what Softfootball described as a pivotal moment in the Premier League title race. At full-time, manager Pep Guardiola celebrated passionately, fully aware of the significance of the result as City continue their pursuit of Arsenal F.C. at the summit.

The brand will also feature prominently within the Etihad Stadium and across the club’s digital and social media platforms.

Kaitlyn Beale, VP of global partnership sales at City Football Group, described Silentnight as a trusted and well-recognised UK brand that shares the club’s commitment to innovation and high performance standards.

She added that integrating the brand within The Medlock represents another key milestone in the club’s wider development strategy ahead of the hotel’s launch.

Ian Lambert, CMO at Silentnight Group, stated that the partnership comes at a time when the importance of quality sleep for mental wellbeing and physical performance is increasingly understood.

He noted that guests staying at The Medlock whether for sport, music, leisure or business will benefit from products designed for optimal comfort and support.
