Tottenham Hotspur manager, Thomas Frank has revealed that left back Destiny Udogie is fit again after missing the opening day of the Premier League but not ready to play against Manchester City at the Etihad while the Citizens will have the trip of Ederson, Phil Foden and Rodri back for the early kickoff game for Saturday, Softfootball reports.
The Spurs full-back has been out with a knee during the warm up of their pre-season friendly against Luton Town on 26 July and he missed the 3-0 victory over newly promoted Burnley last week.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference this afternoon which was captured by Tottenham’s official club media, Thomas gave a comprehensive update on the player.
He said:
“Destiny is better, he’s trained with the team twice, full training, but just too short to be involved at City. We want him to train tomorrow and have another good week next week, but he’s in a good place, we’re very positive about him.”
The Spurs Coach also went ahead to give updates on the other injured players in the Spurs. He said:
“Yves Bissouma will miss this game.
“Dejan Kulusevski is out. It’s a longer one. I don’t want to put a time frame on it.”
The likes of James Maddison, Radu Dragusin and Kota Takai remain out with injury.
As for Pep Guardiola, the Spaniard has confirmed the availability of Ederson, Phil Foden and Rodri for Manchester City ahead of the match on Saturday.

Interestingly, Foden and Rodri both travelled to Wolves last weekend and were in the matchday squad but didn’t play a single minute as the Cityzens romped to a 4-0 win.
Ederson missed the match at Molineux due to illness and it gave opportunity for summer signings James Trafford to make a decent debut.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of the Saturday encounter, Guardiola said:
“Rodri and Phil in the last game they were out but for just the reason why – a lack of training and rhythm and they didn’t travel to Palermo and the other guys were doing it all through pre-season. They were not (ready) for 90 minutes against Wolves but they were ready and of course they are ready for tomorrow.”
On the choice between Ederson and Trafford for the goalkeeping position. He said:
“We will decide tomorrow or tonight or after dinner. The new players bring a new energy, new everything. James brings his youth and desire to play at the club he was born and grew in.”
Croatian international is Josko Gvardiol, former Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic and ex-Girona star Savinho remain out.
Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to maintain their 100% start to the 2025/26 Premier League.
