Manchester City delivered a dominant 3–0 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, capitalising on Arsenal’s slip to reignite the Premier League title race, Softfootball reports.
After a slow first half, City took control in the second period. Rayan Cherki turned provider twice, first assisting Nico O’Reilly for a powerful header before setting up former Chelsea defender Marc Guehi to double the lead. Jérémy Doku sealed the win after capitalising on a mistake from Moisés Caicedo.
Chelsea showed early promise, with Marc Cucurella having a goal ruled out and Pedro Neto denied by Gianluigi Donnarumma, but ultimately fell to a third straight league defeat under Liam Rosenior.
