Gasperini indicated that Lookman would likely come on in the second half rather than starting the match immediately. The manager emphasized the need for an improved performance compared to the first leg, stating that the team must play two steps better to overcome their opponents and secure progression.
He explained the situation by stating:
Lookman and Kolasinac have recovered, they are called up. In principle, Kolasinac will start, and Lookman might come in during the second half.
