Joy Omewa made her debut for BK Häcken in their impressive 4–1 victory over AIK Women, after Omewa signed for Häcken on a long‑term deal following her departure from Nottingham Forest.
Softfootball gathered that Joy Omewa came off the bench in the 75th minute to make her first appearance for her new club and begin a new chapter in Sweden.
She had a very limited amount of game time at the 2026 WAFCON, and despite playing just 40 minutes across two appearances for the Super Falcons, she still managed to score one goal.
