Fenerbahçe are set to bolster their midfield with the signing of Joey Veerman from PSV Eindhoven, Softfootball reports. The deal will go through if the Turkish club triggers Veerman’s release clause, reported to be €23 million.
The Dutch midfielder has already agreed to personal terms and is ready for the move, according to Fabrizio Romano’s official X handle.
Official negotiations between the clubs began, with the release clause expected to come into effect on January 1, 2026.
This came as Fenerbahçe strengthened their squad this winter. Their recent efforts to sign other players included the completion of the Diego Carlos deal with Como signing him on loan from Fenerbahçe.
