Today, 24th August 2026, the Nigeria Falconets have left for Poland ahead of the 2026 FIFA U‑20 Women’s World Cup.
From the pictures Softfootball has gathered, it is confirmed that Falconets captain Joy Igbokwe, earlier reported to be facing visa issues, will not travel with the team.
Her documents were not finalised in time, leaving her out of the travelling contingent despite being named in the provisional squad.
