Everton winger, Jack Grealish has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for August, Softfootball reports.
The England star moved to the Merseyside on a season long loan from Manchester City this summer in search of playing time after City Coach Pep Guardiola listed him as surplus to requirement at the Etihad.

Everton announced the news on their official X handle. The statement read:
Jack Grealish has been awarded the Premier League’s Player of the Month for August.
The attacking midfielder came out on top following a combination of a fan vote and votes from a panel of football experts.
Grealish beat competition from an eight-man shortlist that included Riccardo Calafiori (Arsenal), Hugo Ekitike (Liverpool), Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace), Erling Haaland (Manchester City), Joao Pedro (Chelsea), Antoine Semenyo (Bournemouth) and Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool).
Interestingly, Grealish celebrated his 30th birthday earlier this week and the award came as a perfect birthday gift as he came out on top following a combination of a vote from fans and a panel of football experts.
The attacking midfielder has enjoyed a superb start to his Toffees career, recording four assists as David Moyes’ side win two of their opening three premier league matches.
Toffees manager, Moyes has already hailed Grealish as an exceptional signing for Everton as he seems to have rediscovered his best form.
Grealish was presented his award by Evertonian content creator Andy Castell at Finch Farm where he was preparing for the match-day 4 fixture against Aston Villa at Goodison Park.
Grealish will be hoping his new found form will attract the attention of the national team Coach, Thomas Tuchel as he targets a place in the England squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to be hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
