Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze has reflected on AC Milan’s disappointing 2024/25 campaign and discussed some of the reasons behind the club’s struggles.  Softfootball reports that Milan endured an inconsistent season, finishing outside the position many supporters expected after entering the campaign with high ambitions.

Chukwueze, who joined the Italian giants from Villarreal, experienced a campaign in which the team struggled to maintain consistency across different competitions.

The winger believes several factors contributed to the Rossoneri’s difficult performances and prevented the club from challenging for the major honours expected of them.

Milan’s problems were not limited to one area, with results and performances fluctuating throughout the campaign.

For Chukwueze, the disappointing season provides lessons that the club can use when preparing for the next campaign. The Nigerian will also be looking to improve his own consistency and establish a stronger role within the team.

Milan are expected to make changes during the summer as they attempt to rebuild and return to the level expected by their supporters.  Chukwueze hopes the lessons from the campaign will help the team produce a much stronger response next season.
