Sevilla have praised Chidera Ejuke for providing his first assist in La Liga during their 4-0 victory over Real Valladolid.
The Nigerian winger came on with fifteen minutes remaining and set up Dodi Lukebakio for the fourth goal, marking a significant milestone in his Spanish top-flight career. Softfootball reports that this was his fourteenth appearance in the league this season.
Ejuke returned to action last month after recovering from a hamstring injury sustained against FC Barcelona in October.

His contribution helped Sevilla end a three-game winless streak, moving them up to twelfth place in the table with 31 points and providing a much-needed boost to their campaign.
The club celebrated the moment on social media by stating:
An assist for our Naija boy. We mount.
This simple message highlighted the importance of Ejuke’s growing influence within the squad as he regains full fitness and form.
