Chelsea F.C.’s upcoming fixtures in the 2025/26 Premier League season look intense, and many fans have started panicking. Softfootball analysed the schedule, and the run is indeed demanding.

From the beginning of the season, this pile-up of fixtures was always visible in the calendar. However, Chelsea have often shown that when they are under pressure, that is when their best performances sometimes emerge, something fans, pundits and the wider football ecosystem recognize.
Few would have predicted Chelsea bottling a 2–0 lead against Leeds to draw 2–2. Likewise, their recent 1–1 draw with Burnley, who as of Wednesday 25 February 2026 sit 19th in the table, raised serious concerns.

Many supporters now feel that Chelsea may actually be more comfortable against tougher opponents, as it becomes easier for the manager to motivate players in high-stakes encounters. With Arsenal, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Everton, Manchester City and Manchester United ahead, this period could define their entire season.
