Bodø/Glimt Shock Inter as Atletico Held in Champions League Drama

The second day of the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League playoffs on Wednesday, 19th February 2026 delivered drama, goals and major surprises, Softfootball reports.

Atlético de Madrid were held to a 3:3 draw by Club Brugge KV in a chaotic encounter. Julián Álvarez opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 8th minute, before Ademola Lookman extended the lead to make it 2:0. The biggest shock of the night came in Norway, where FK Bodø/Glimt defeated Inter Milan 3:1. Inter, currently top of Serie A, were widely expected to dominate. But Bodø/Glimt have built a reputation for producing surprises in this competition.
