Softfootball previously confirmed that Al Hilal have registered genuine interest in the Chelsea star, with Neto placed on a three-man shortlist as the club searches for another major attacking addition.
The next round of discussions with Chelsea will focus on the financial conditions required to make the deal possible, with the Blues’ valuation of the 26-year-old expected to be a key factor.
Manchester City also considered Neto a potential target earlier in the summer, but the Premier League champions were understood to have concerns over Chelsea’s asking price.
