According to Tottenham, the young forward added:

I can’t wait to get back into the championship, after last year at West brom, I really enjoy this league and I am buzzing for it, after meeting with the gaffer and love what was put in place, I think it’s such a good league for we young players to come into because it’s tough.
I think I have always loved to score, probably my biggest gift is being around the penalty area and scoring. It’s such an enjoyable league and I love playing in it.

Tottenham also received a boost during the international break as Radu Drăgușin made a 45-minute return from his ACL injury, marking another key step in the defender’s long-term recovery.

With Tottenham closely monitoring his progress, Lankshear’s immediate focus will be helping Oxford United push higher up the table while continuing to refine his instincts in front of goal. Spurs view him as one of their brightest attacking prospects, and this loan spell could become an important chapter in his long-term future at the club.
