Nigeria professional football, Ebenezer Harcourt has kept his first clean sheet of the season in the Lagos derby. Softfootball gathered, the 16‑year‑old Super Eagles and Sporting Lagos goalkeeper delivered a composed performance as Sporting Lagos secured a convincing 3‑0 victory over Inter Lagos on Sun 13 Sept 2026.
Ebenezer Harcourt originally joined the Sporting Lagos youth academy at 10 years old. He later officially signed his professional first‑team contract with the club on 1 November 2024.
The young goalkeeper produced some good saves and put in a confident performance to help his side keep a clean sheet in only his second NPFL game of the season.
With this win, Sporting Lagos is now 10th in the NPFL league.
