Barcelona midfielder Fermín López has praised Julián Álvarez amid continued speculation surrounding the Atlético Madrid forward, admitting that the Argentine would suit the way Barcelona play.
I like him, he’s a great player, but ultimately he’s an Atlético Madrid player, so I can’t say much more about him,
Fermín said.
The Barcelona midfielder then suggested that Álvarez’s qualities would make him a strong fit for the Catalan side’s style.
I can only say that, in our squad and the way we play, I think he would fit in very well.
