Cesc Fàbregas has reaffirmed his commitment to Como, insisting that his future remains firmly with the ambitious Serie A club despite growing interest from some of Europe’s biggest teams.
The Spanish coach has become one of the most highly-rated young managers in European football after guiding Como to an extraordinary fourth-place finish in Serie A, securing a historic qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
Speaking to Sky Sport after holding discussions with the club’s hierarchy, Fàbregas revealed that everyone at Como is already focused on building for the upcoming campaign.

According to the former Barcelona, Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder, the rapid progress made by Como over the last two and a half years has exceeded expectations.
However, he stressed that everyone at the club remains grounded and understands that qualifying for the Champions League is only the beginning of a much bigger journey.
We had a long meeting with the president and the sporting director,
Fàbregas said.
Our vision is already focused on next season. I’m delighted to be here because I know I still have important steps to take in my coaching career. We are building something special and creating a strong mentality.
Fàbregas also admitted that next season will present an entirely different challenge, with domestic and European commitments demanding even greater consistency from his players.
Nevertheless, he remains confident that the club’s long-term vision and careful planning will help them continue their impressive rise.
