Napoli manager Antonio Conte has confirmed that Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has asked to leave the Serie A leaders immediately, casting fresh doubt over the winger’s future.
The Georgian international has been linked with several top European clubs in recent months after establishing himself as one of the league’s standout performers.
The 23-year-old has attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Chelsea following his impressive displays since joining Napoli.
Softfootball understands the club is now facing an uncertain situation as speculation over the winger’s next move continues to gather momentum ahead of the transfer window.

Speaking about the player’s decision, Conte said:
Kvaratskhelia has asked to leave the club. I spoke to Khvicha and he confirmed his plan to leave the club immediately. There was a contract that was supposed to be renewed.
Nicknamed “Kvaradona” by Napoli supporters, Kvaratskhelia played a key role in the club’s 2022/23 Serie A title triumph. His departure would represent a significant loss as Napoli continue their push to remain at the top of the league standings.
