There are unconfirmed reports that Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi could be heading to Al‑Diriyah in the Saudi League.
Softfootball understands the 29‑year‑old midfielder is under contract with Beşiktaş until June 30, 2028, however interest from the Roshn Saudi League is reportedly intensifying, with Al‑Diriyah keen on strengthening their midfield with experienced players.
Though this move cannot be confirmed, Ndidi has been seen training ahead of Beşiktaş’ pre‑season and the upcoming new campaign after spending his summer break in Nigeria, where he also visited TVC journalist Babajide Kolade‑Otitoju, before returning to prepare for the season.
